This notice explains what personal information Grafison Technologies collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only; a client engagement is governed by its own agreement.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the contact form: your name, work email address, organisation, role, the service you are enquiring about, and your message. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if it leads to work, to scope that engagement. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add enquirers to a marketing list without asking.

Who else handles it

Two processors are involved. Vercel hosts this website and processes the request. Resend delivers the notification and acknowledgement emails. Both act on our instructions and may process data outside Australia.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in our email while a conversation is live and for as long as we may need them for business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@grafison.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
